HISTORY
In 2014, Anders Johansson and Henrik Mattson started Pegasus Real Estate together.
Anders Johansson had previously worked for Colliers and was a partner in companies with operations in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö and Lund. Henrik Mattsson had been active in the real estate industry in Luleå for 15 years and saw a need in the city for a purely commercial broker.
Opening in Stockholm
In 2017, Pegasus opened an office in Stockholm and recruited Peter Wierth to run the office. Peter has extensive experience in the real estate industry in Stockholm with solid knowledge and a wide network of contacts. As in Luleå, the Stockholm office offers premises rental/tenant representation, property transactions and property management.
